I make this every year. Such a hit. Link to Marc's Carrot soup w/ curried croutons

and carrot chips. Yum! I cheat and use the cosco carrots and add some apples, but we love the flavor / texture.... Tx again Marc

Orangette's Winter Squash Soup with Curry and Coconut Milk

My co-worker brought this in to work today. Fabulous! Another recipe I have garnishes with a quick saute of ginger, green onion, and garlic. I think that fresh counterpoint would be lovely topping this soup.

We still carry out this tradtion. Soup in teacups!

Last year I made a brie and apple soup and the year before that it was spiced roasted cauliflower. Haven't decided what to do this year yet. smileys/smile.gif
