Soy-Eggs with Sherry vinegar

reporting back...

I re-made the Momofuku boiled eggs using the right vinegar, Sherry instead of apple cider I used before

still did not like it very much- there's really something about the mixture of soy sugar and vinegar that did not do it for me

oh, well - I tried! smileys/wink.gif
