SPAM help needed

I have a new computer and I cannot believe the amount of SPAM I now receive un my email!!!!!

I use Google's Spam Blocker and tho it was fine on my old computer,it isn't working on this one.

Any suggestions? What kind of SPAM Blocker are you using? Thanks

alas Sandy, it probably isn't your computer. spam is just totally out of control. 80% of

the mail that comes into our mail server is spam and blocked before it reaches our customers. that's a pretty high percentage and there still is a lot that gets through us and their own filters on their computers.

it's been particulary bad this week. yesterday we were under a spam attack that just crippled our server. it was so bad that Don had to shut down the server for about 15 min to slow them down.

of course, this meant that our customers were getting a lot more spam than they usually do the last week. it's just awful!

I never get spam, especially since I switched to Bellsouth. I use Mozilla and not IE, NT
