brussel sprout chips in the dehydrator. I am glad dh is traveling. These REALLY smell. Too late to turn them off; now I wait.... I soaked the leaves in water, then added some salt and vinegar.... I think they will taste good, but boy, the smell is..... quite "smelly!"
