Speaking of pasta (6828), has anyone ever re-rolled storebought fresh pasta?

I look at the lasagna noodles in the supermarket and wonder if I could roll them thinner, paper-thin like the ones Italians make their feather-light lasagnas with. Do people do this?

 
I've never done it but why not try one and see how it turns out? good idea Shaun. smileys/smile.gif
