Speaking of wine...do you have a favorite "house" wine or do you change up a lot?

My favorite white is Monkey Bay Sauvignon Blanc. I drink it, I cook with it,

I drink it *while* I cook with it... I use it almost every day.
As far as reds, I don't drink them as often as whites - I don't have a favorite right now, so I switch around. I'm still looking for the perfect Merlot.
For Chardonnay, I like J. Lohr Riverstone, but I rarely buy it, since I prefer Sauvignon Blanc.

I asked my husband, who is my wine person, and he said for under $10, try Costco Kirkland and

Whole Foods 365. We are awaiting a Trader Joes which will open next month. We go through a bottle a night, so price is a priority.

I drink Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc daily

Near $20 in a grocery store but at Costo, Plum Market, etc between $13 and $14

We love the Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc,

and drink mostly Marlborough whites at the moment, when we aren't drinking Casal Garcia vinho verde.
I also like the Ravenswood reds. Right now we are drinking Barefoot Merlot because my daughters have drained our bank balance, and it was going for $5 per bottle at Publix. We enjoy it. I agree with Steve about the Rosemount Shiraz, it's very good, and I'd forgotten about it.

Rex Goliath Pinot Noir

I'm a fan of pinot noir at just about any price and have been lucky enough to find Rex Goiliath Pinot Noir for 2 for $12 at the Meijers stores we have here in Michigan.
