Beat egg youlk until likght. Add a pinch of salt and the allspice, cinnaomon and sugar, blending well.

Beat white separately in a small, narrow bowl until stiff. Slowly fold yolk into white.

Put egg mixture into a 10-oz. mug. Heat apricot brandy, whiskey, milk and cream until bubbles appear around edge of pan. Do not boil. Pour into mug slowly, stirring as liquid mixture is added.

Sprinkle with nutmeg.

I think the CC is why it's good for you! funny story. When cleaning out my stuff from my Dad's

house, we cleaned out my grandma's old room too, which was my room before that. My Mom saved everything and Grandma's clothes and everything were still right there, 10 years after she passed away. We found a half empty bottle of CC hidden back in the corner of the closet. Granny liked her nightcaps!

She was 92 when she passed away, but had been in a nursing home for several years.

So, it was into her 80s that she kept taking a shot or 2 for her health. Hey, she made it to her 90s so I'm off to get some CC!

Why hide it---good question. We all knew. It really was just a shot or 2 before bed. Just so funny for us to find it. Made for a warm fuzzy remembrance of Oma.
