following. They sold very well. $1 a piece or 6 for $5. She made a ton and froze them. We put them in the Microwave for about 10 seconds. They tasted freshly baked. I've made them before and they are guite easy to make. Its especially nice to be able to make up the dough the day before and finish the next day. Potatoes add a wonderful texture to the buns.

Sticky Buns

Set aside:

1 cup potato water)

1 teaspoon sugar ) Let rise slightly

1 package yeast )

Mix well:

1 cup mashed potatoes

1 cup Mazola oil

1 cup sugar

4 eggs

salt

Add:

3 cups of flour and yeast, beat well

Put in fridge at least 24 hours and use as required. Bake in 350 degree oven for about ½ hour. (400 degrees – 15-20 minutes)

Butter or Crisco muffin tins. Add ½ teaspoon brown sugar, good teaspoon melted butter.

Cut dough into 3 and roll out. Spread with melted butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Roll up and cut. Set in pans and place in warm place to rise – about 1 hour.

Bake and remove from pans immediately.
