Spumoni Biscotti, I'm thinking to make these in the next week or so.

I used maraschino cherries and drizzled the chocolate over

I love TJ's dried cherries in brownies, but prefer the maraschino in these.

 
A dried bing is going to be very different from a wet maraschino, though.

You didn't have any trouble with the extra moisture?

 
1st time I made them

1/4 to 1/2 fell apart, but still tasted great. 2nd time my cherries were "older" and didn't have as much liquid.............And I did pat them dry that time.
