Hmm. A lot like Marcia Hazen's Lemon Chicken

The difference being that Hazen's lemons are punctured with a fork and left whole and she doesn't baste it with butter. And of course no croutons.

This morning while I was munching on leftovers, I realized, as much as I like fried orbs of bread soaked in butter/chicken fat/lemon, going forward, I’ll probably skip that. For my own preference, I’ll be serving the onions and juices over couscous.
