Steve, Still can't figure out the new eat.at. BUT, found your pictures. Lovely photos of your jam!

Hi Pam, if you go to Eat.at; paul has 2 different links; 1 for this site and the

second for another beta site; which honestly I have trouble figuring out. BUT, I did check it out and found Steve's pictures of the jam's he made during the summer. Also a great pic of an anitpaste.

I could not figure out how / where to write a note to him, so just posted it here.

Thanks for the compliment! Like I mentioned, if you have any desire to swap, I'd enjoy tasting

your stuff and having you try some of mine. Have we swapped before?

My mind went immediately to "waynes world"... I am not worthy.

meaning, that I could never make jam as good as yours!

I am making Judy's jalapeno jam tomorrow, I am up for sending you some raspberry jam also. We picked the berries from my in laws. Last year, I wasn't happy with the set up. Much better this year. I do not have any fancy labels, just enjoy!!

I'll send you a pm

Best,

Barb

Ah, labels don't take nothin' but a color printer and some stick'um.

Yellow plums with cardamom on the other hand are a completely different story.
