At first glance, very late at night, I read the title of your post and saw...

"...Larry Bird-Johnson's recipes."

I thought it was sports celebrities coming out with some kind of NBA cookbook or something.

Boiled beef with mesculun salad and tofu/black sesame seed vinaigrette.
