Pomegranate Float

pom juice

seltza water or pom flavored carbonated water

scoop of low fat frozen vanilla yogurt

My addition: a T or so of ginger simple syrup which was in the fridge left over from some martinis

OMG!! so simple and soooo good. I can't wait to have another today. And, surely you could use whatever flavor fruit juice you have on hand. I also have some mint simple syrup which I might try in todays version.

Oh and the recipe suggested to garnish with fresh blueberries. (I have some but forgot to add them to the floats, LOL!!)
