Suggestion for a dressing for this Orzo salad please

I have lots of company this weekend and I was one of the dishes I was going to make ahead was an orzo salad with kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes, scallions, artichokes, capers, etc.

Your input as to what dressing would work well with this would be greatly appreciated!

 
Two suggestions: I've given the other ingredients so you have a context.

ORZO WITH VEGETABLES - Best of Bridge
Ingredients


6 oz. (170 g) snow or sugar snap peas, trimmed
2 cups orzo
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters and seeded
1 cup seeded, chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp. grated lemon zest
salt and pepper to taste

Lemon Garlic Dressing
2 tsp. grated lemon zest
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 cup salad oil
salt and pepper

Mediterranean orzo and vegetable salad. Rest of the Best B of B
Salad:
1 cup uncooked orzo 250 mL
12 asparagus spears, chopped in 1–2″ (2.5–5 cm) pieces
1 cup halved red cherry or grape tomatoes 250 mL
1/4 cup pitted & coarsely chopped kalamata olives 60 mL
1 tbsp toasted pine nuts 15 mL

Dressing:
3 tbsp white wine vinegar 45 mL
1 tbsp grainy Dijon mustard 15 mL
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey15 mL
2 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh dill 30 mL
1 tsp finely chopped capers 5 mL
1 garlic clove, peeled & sliced
salt & pepper to taste
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil 75 mL
