Big thanks to Erin for starting Saturday Six which has evolved to Sunday Six, and points beyond. smileys/wink.gif It's fun to recap foodie thoughts and enjoy others swappers' foodie thoughts as well.

Saw the movie Eat Pray Love today, for the second time. Anyone else seen it? or read the book? Enjoyed it even more the second time around. First time with hubby, second time with culinary girlfriends. Love the many references to food, especially the pizza in Italy. And pasta. And gelato. Makes me want to head to Napoli just for the pizza. smileys/smile.gif

Muffin tops! LOL (if you saw the movie you know what I mean).

Turkey for breakfast! Yum! (if you saw the movie you know what I mean).

Was fun catching up with girlfriends over breakfast before heading to the movies. Enjoyed the poached eggs on english muffins topped with freshly cooked spinach and fresh salsa. Super tasty. Bad part about having breakfast then heading to a movie is no room for popcorn. First movie I *ever* went to that I was too full for popcorn. boohoo smileys/wink.gif

After breakfast we hit the Bittersweet Cafe (check out the link and swoon with me...lol) which has some a-m-a-z-i-n-g fleur de sel chocolate sandwich cookies filled with caramel. O-h M-y G-o-d!!, those are some incredible cookies. I *must* replicate those.
