so tonight is was a a quick salmon dish out of Cuisine Weeknight Grilling, dinner in 30 minutes. I skipped the orange vinaigrette because I also made a roasted beet salad. The only thing I added was to put the fillets under the broiler for a quick minute to crisp up the crust. So easy to do when you come home from work!
