Sweet & Spicy Pecans
1-1/2 Cups Pecan Halves
1-1/2 Cups Chopped Pecans
1 Egg White (lightly beaten)
½ Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp Cayenne
To Prepare:
1. Preheat oven to 300 deg. F.
2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and toss to coat. Spread out over a sheet pan. Spray with Pam.
3. Cook approx. 25 to 30 minutes, until nuts are toasted, stir occasionally.
4. Remove from oven and place on parchment lined sheet pan to cool.
Note: Can be used on salads, cheese plates, etc.
