Sweet Potato Carmalized Onion Soup. I have a class today, so made this this morning for dinner

My Hubby of 41 years re-confirmed our vows over this recipe! He loves it.

I really thought it was going to be to sweet but the bacon, creme fraiche and croutons really balance it out. Try it with them. I'm making again in a couple of days. We just need one more for T&T. Anyone?

 
I made this a couple of weeks ago when I posted it

And it freezes fine. I've been eating it most of last week. Just needs a good stir. I didn't do the cream or the croutons.

 
Duh! That's 3! I say it should be in T&T. Would you put it there Susan? And

you're all missing with the creme and croutons. Just sayin.....
