You have a third vote...made these tonight, with 6 drumsticks and 4 thights, removed the skin,

these were DELICIOUS! Served them with an Oriental Ouzo recipe, and supermarket frozen oriental veggies, and we have lots of leftovers for two people. I am really thrilled about removing the chicken skin. It's been hard for DH to learn to eat chicken without the skin, but this recipe leaves nothing to be desired for chicken without the skin. Hooray!

Sure...made Oriental Orzo: instead of Fried Rice, had no cold rice, or time to make it....

Oriental Orzo

1/2 C orzo
1 1/4 C chicken stock (broth)
4 tsp. Soy sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 Tbl. sesame seeds

Put orzo, stock, soy sauce and brown sugar in a small pan, heat to boiling, simmer 15-20 (or less) until done. Stir in sesame oil and sesame seeds, serve.
