I'd like to make this for just the two of us. Can you think of any reason I couldn't make a third of it? I have a approx 6.5x6.5 corning ware dish with low sides that I think would be the right size, it holds 1 quart. I had looked at the recipe, your post made me go back and clip it, so thanks for the review.

I made the whole recipe just for the two of us and am embarrassed to say,

We actally ate about 1/2 the first night and finished up the rest (reheated, but it was pretty good cold!) the next day!!- I personally am always hesitant to play with proportios on baked goods, but you could try it!- i sure liked having the leftovers!!!-Maybe make the whole recipe and "hold " some batter in the fridge for the next day????

Curious, my mom was the queen of yorkshire pudding and she doubled and tripled her recipe at will

None of it ever went uneaten, even if occasionally it was too thick or too thin. I'm sure a small ammount would work in a small dish--it's very forgiving.

Thanks Tammy and Joe, I wanted to serve twice-baked potatoes also, I may try the smaller amount. I'm

happy to hear it was good the next day.
