A lot of work has been done these past two weeks and I am aware that some members have had a variety of access problems. Here are two solutions that should work for 99.9% of you that have had these problems:
SOLUTION # 1This solution posted today Sept 30, 2011 will only be available temporarily. It is specifically for existing members who've forgotten your password and are getting an error when you attempt to use the Forgot Password feature follow these instructions:
1) Go here and enter your email address -the one you use for the Swap:
http://eat.at/swap/index.php?action=retrieve
2) You will get an email - different from the one you received if you attempted the Forgot Password link from the other areas of the site.
This time it will send you a password not a validation code. The email is going to send you a link to login but instead go to the home page and login with that new password:
http://eat.at/
Once logged in there, you should be all set including the Swap.

SOLUTION # 2If you are having access problems, I would suggest that you do all of these:
1) In your browser, delete any cookies related to eat.at
2) Completely clear your browser cache and/or "Temporary Internet Files"
3) Completely close your browser(s)
4) Shut down your computer. Wait 30 seconds. Start it up.
5) Shut down your Internet router. Wait 30 seconds. Start it up.
6) If you know how to flush your DNS cache, do so.
7) I suggest this to EVERYONE: http://www.opendns.com/ Not only does it give you some extra security and protection, it gives you a lot more control over your DNS issues including problem solving with any website and is more reliable than most ISPs. Once you are setup with it, you can also refresh your DNS cache as suggested in #6 via the OpenDNS dashboard.
