DARN! I keep getting to the last question and my computer freezes up

with an "error opening the page" message. So what were the answers?

apparently, some of what I learned in my chocolate-shop days, as well as my "foodie" days has stuck with me...

just don't ask me how to temper it from memory...I used to have that memorized, temperatures and all...

now I have to look it up each time...

I don't eat a lot of chocolate anymore.

I have a freezer stuffed full of Callebaut, (with a garnish of ScharffenBerger and I think some Guittard) and a bunch of Lindt extra dark scattered around the house, and it just sits there...even DH isn't eating it like he used to
