This is such fun. There is lots of interaction between diners because bowls are being passed around and everyone is creating their own dinner. The flavors are exotic and delicious too.

Green beans sauteed in oil and chopped garlic with lemon
A platter of flexible green lettuce leaves
Bowls of: chopped onion, basil leaves, mint leaves, chopped Thai chiles in seasoned rice wine vinegar, TJs Thai Lime & Chile Peanuts
The idea is to put a lettuce leaf on your plate, spoon on some Laarb, add condiments of your choice, wrap the leaves up and eat with your fingers. I usually use a fork because it is messy but it's fun either way.
