Round scoops of coconut ice cream. Put in freezer while you heat the oil and cut the crusts off Wonder bread. Take 2 slices of Wonder bread and press-press-press around the ice cream ball until nice and round...then deep fry. HA! They are SOOO good although would be even better served with a drizzle of raspberry sauce smileys/smile.gif
