but could not find it yesterday. Into the archives of Bon Appetit and there it was. It's called Country Stuffing with parmesan, raisins and pine nuts and it's so delicious I've made it with slight variations since 2001. I leave out the red pepper cause I think it tends to take over and cut down on the cheese as I use Romano which is stronger. If you're looking for a different stuffing, give it a try.
