It's funny how I made the recipe a bit different knowing hot peppers would be too hot for us, so I must have used pepperocinis for the flavor. At first it was so vinegary we couldn't eat it, but I would be darned if I was going to throw away all that pork loin so I packed it up in small quantities and threw it in the freezer. It was much milder when it came out and thawed.
