re: Simple Prime Rib. I'm a bit of a lurker here, I don't "feel worthy"!! But I read a lot, and last night I tried the Prime Rib for Two that Curious1 posted, and it turned out beautifully. It's great to be able to do a roast beef for just the three of us, and not have to wait for a special occasion when company's coming. Next on my list to try is the prime rib from frozen - there's one sitting in the freezer now, just waiting!
