I forgot how really good this pork is! I also have to tell you that I HATE liquid smoke so never made your sauce. Until this time, that is...it's fabulous! Especially with added cayenne then topped with the slaw.

Once again, thanks so much for posting the recipe!

 
You can leave the liquid smoke out.It does very little

I think. I have begun adding hot smoked paprika however and that is very good. Sorry for the bad interruption to your wonderful plans.
