I made it a day ahead of Easter and it was perfect to take to an Easter Lunch along with Clementine Cake. Not a smidge of either left. I think it is even better than regular whipped cream. It has more body and is not as sweet.

 
Janet, it's such a hit with my family that my granddaughter

puts on a happy face when I make it and a pouty one if I don't!
