I was making it to serve with Turbot flounder. Reading Marg's comments about the sauce, I decided to incorporate the chili/garlic and a bit of the grated ginger right into the mayo mix.
Then I used the left-over dressing to coat the flounder fillets and patted them down with the panko/sesame mix.
I did as Marg suggested and roasted them on two stacked cooling racks over a cookie sheet. The only thing different was I cut them in half. It just made them easier to manage.
16 minutes for the asparagus, then I popped the flounder in when there was 10 minutes left, then I put a Garnet yam in a microwave at 8 minutes left, then 2 ears of corns at 7 minutes left and tomato foccacia in the oven at 3 minutes left.
It was so good we're having the same meal again tonight.
