finally got around to downloading the free trial just now and started testing it out. WOW is it good. I can't believe how easy it was to capture the recipes - it's got to be the best one I have seen yet. I'll probably convert it to purchase before end of the night at this rate.

This is going to make my family cookbook project so much easier!

 
That was Georgia Rose when I was looking for a program. Glad you like it, DH loves it, says

it is easy to use and has so many features. He really loves the capture feature. I've not gotten into it yet, am letting him play with it. He ordered the CD. He said tell you their capture

 
Me too - the capture feature sold me - it's the best I've seen!

and I've tried several others only to be frustrated and still wind up basically hand typing things in or cut one piece and place it here and other piece and place it there - this is GREAT!
