made Marie Helene's apple cake again, using apple schnapps instead of rum (better, in my opinion)

I might become addicted to it....

now, I am trying to upload a photo, so let me cross my fingers, take a deep breath, and..... see what happens (I intend to blog about it sometime in the near future)
