boy does it disappear fast!

I was going to take a picture for you guys, but the cake is all gone. We, I and DH, started yesterday with one piece each for lunch, then some friends dropped by and "whooooosh", cake gone!

 
Easy?! It would take me all morning just to get the

ingredients collected and ready to go - lol - sounds very good though!

 
Hey Eva! What did you use for "1 tsp mixed spice" and

did you have the muscovado sugar or did you substitute brown (light or dark) or raw sugar?

Aside from the decorations for the top, all I need are oranges and I may just go ahead and use oj and a combination of peel I have frozen and dried!

Did you decorate the top? Colleen

 
AngAk and colleenmom, I used pumpkin spice and added a little extra ginger.

I did not use the top decoration. I just dusted the cake with powdered sugar.

I did use muscovado sugar. I have a box of it in my cupboard and I never get to use it so I finally got to use it. smileys/smile.gif
