The 1982 Bon Appetit compilation of restaurant recipes arrived today (no thanks to our sucky postal service, who left the book--IN A CARDBOARD BAG!--sitting on top of my mailbox. It was completely soaked through (December in North Carolina mountains??? Seriously!)) but undamaged so I've got that corn stick recipe for you:
Just as a reminder, the thread below included a poster's version where she made it in a muffin pan. She didn't list the recipe, but she did list all the issues she ran into.
