The deal of the century. It looks like a mistake. Ingenio cookware from France. I paid $120 for

The title and description state it is a test listing - not sure why Sears allows

sellers to do that, but it is not "live" listing.

It took me right through to delivery.

And now that I read it with a comma in their statement, it makes sense. Not for sale ... comma ... testing only. I read it as "not for sale testing". Thought it might be a short testing sale. Too good to be trooo

I love these pots and am trying to find the Ingenio sauteuse pans in N America at a reasonable price. So far they are 3x the price of France. Time for a trip.

Yes - it quoted me $5.00 shipping to CA. I think it is a great reason to make the trip

across "the pond" and buy them in person. smileys/bigsmile.gif

Are Tefal and T-Fal the same thing? One made for North American markets and the others for French/European?

I had the best T-Fal large saute pan I got years ago, I used it pretty much every day, sometimes multiple times. I finally wore it out. The replacement one I got wasn't quite the same workhorse for some reason, though it still gets used frequently.

This is the oddest thing. I have been looking at these thru French channels for 5 years now. My

understanding was that in 2014, T-Fal was going to stop production of teflon stuff. I was anxious to get more of these and was willing to go to enormous lengths to get more. I have sets of saute pans, sets of pots, and love them all. No sticking and they just nest in each other. Also go into the oven without handles taking up space and getting too hot.

So, believe it or not. after all these years and searches, they appeared in our local hardware chain flyer. 2 sauteuses for 60% off. Never seen them before in Canada and only in 2 locations in the US.

Someone must have been listening.

I believe T-Fal is the corporate name (trade name) and it includes teflon cookware. Could be wrong.

I tested this with a credit card I no longer use (in case it was corrupt). Went

all the way through to Confirmation email. Took 3 days to get a "sorry, out of stock, money refunded" message from them.

I'm getting the ads, too - grrr. I know on some selling venues they do not allow test listings

such as this one - not sure why Sears isn't policing their site more closely.
