I just heard boasting on the news that one of the new features of food at the Fair will be Krispy Kreme Sloppy Joes!. I'll report on the lines outside of their booth although my friends and I mostly love the animals. French Fries are a must though. Why are they so good there?

 
I saw a clip on CNN about the state fair in Texas, I believe. They referenced how fried

anything is always a hit. They also said that some vendors make their annual income in the short time (3 weeks?) during the fair. I did not catch the numbers, but basically the 80/20 rule. 80% of annual income during 20% of the year. Actually it was more like 90 / 10 rule!
