The grandkids and I discovered Speculous Cookie butter from Trader Joe's

Yesterday, I made a snack plate for our grandkids who were in the pool

I put out a small cup of the Cookie Butter and told them to spread it on the apple slices. Later, I went out to bring in the plate and our grandson was eating the rest of the Cookie Butter with his fingers, and he said, "I've got to have mom buy this, grandma". I had to laugh because he is not a sweet eater.
