The great mayo throwdown. Our food editor reports on the competition between Duke's and Hellman's

Good article. I thought their analysis was correct (about the sugar) so i would have been fooled too

Just opened my Duke's a few days ago for latest batch of Mexican Street Corn. I liked it, but it still needs a BLT test. And that implies finding a tomato worthy of the test.

Kraft is very sweet, but also has the right amount of vinegar/tartness which I consider

the best test of mayo.

Too funny, I slightly prefer Duke's, like them both. Don't care for Kraft or Blue Plate. Blue Plate

tastes "off" to me. Sort of a rancid taste.
