I also got 22, I thought I was a good guess, too. Never heard of most of the chef's mentioned.

I got 20 of the 40, but mostly pure guesses -- I hadn't heard of the chefs, either!!

Yikes! Without "educated" guesses my score would have been 5. I managed 21 though.
