The Halloween Cookie I am making for some neighborhood kids (not for the night of)

I've moved into an extremely social neighborhood and I want to give these (a few days before) to some of the children of our lovely new neighbors/friends (about 30 kids). All I can say is THANK GOODNESS for stencils. And royal icing - man it took me FOREVER to figure out how 1) not to get air bubbles, 2) the right consistencies for each different type of decor on a cookie, etc. I am a rather slow learner.....

What a thoughtful thing to do for the kids in your neighborhood. You will be the "go to"
