The jar-pasta sauce thread got me wondering, what are your favorite sauce recipes to make? Simple,

I have a 3.75 ounce jar and it looks like about 1/3 cup

to me, maybe a little more or less. I never put in the sage, and in fact I didn't even notice it
was in the recipe. I am having it with chicken breasts tonight. Yum!

 
We had this for dinner tonight and it was delish....

one thing I did was sprinkle the "green" parmesan on the chicken breasts while I browned them. It makes a really nice crust on the chicken. I loved this dinner, but I also love chicken picatta (sp?) and this was similar. Yum!

 
I went by weight, and it looked like 1/3 cup or so. Sounds like a lot but this serves 8, and

it has to be full of big flavours.
