Such a bittersweet moment. I do LOVE to bake cookies all year but especially for the holidays. My tray is a little small in that several kinds are sadly buried and about 4 more did not even make the cut! Not to mention the ones on the to do list that never got done!!

Ditto what Maria said...those cookies are stunning! I especially love how the red skins from the green pistachios are the perfect color combination for Christmas cookies.
