The Lox Terrine and Breakfast Croissant Casserole were big hits on Sunday.

I ran out of steam by the time it was time to make the Praline Bacon, but I did sprinkle the bacon with some brown sugar, which everyone loved.

The Lox Terrine was really easy and made the day ahead and it presented beautifully. Definitely a keeper.

The Strawberry Cream Pie that Meryl posted was also very well received. It was easy to make, make ahead, and would be great with raspberries as Meryl suggested. The whole brunch was made the day ahead except the bacon, so it was really easy.

Nice to hear! Has your Breakfast Croissant Casserole been posted here yet?

I made something like that a few months ago, but I don't remember it having any bread in it. 'Sounds delicious!

Yes, that is the one. Deb posted it in T&T. It is really easy

and looks wonderful. The top of the croissant stays crispy and flaky.
