a diff brand of chicken this time and they weren't so tough also it was the thigh as opposed to the breast....I served a chickpea salald with it...just canned chickpeas, chopped spring onion, chopped cilantro a little salt, evoo and lemon juice.
And of course well washed, chopped pickled lemon over everything.!!!
Also fried okra...these are in the garden and we can eat them freshed picked with anything...we have grown to like them so much I just wash them, cut in half and fry as is, no more batter.
