I watched the Neely's on the Food network recently and found her really annoying --much too cutsie for my taste. Does anyone else share my opinion? She made Rachel Ray seem absolutely stolid!

 
Yes, their style didn't appeal to me either. I miss Ina. Never seem to catch her anymore.

 
Toss-up between Gina Neely and Paula Deen

Know what I mean ya'all - ugh. I like Michael Smith - Chef at Home and Chef at Large. I like Ina also.

 
They're all getting too cutesy - too think Emeril's BAM used to get to me, I would welcome it now.

All I want is people that know what they are doing and what they are talking about and are reasonably entertaining. What happened to Wolfgang Puck, Mario Batali, Sarah Moulton and such???

 
That being said, I regret the Neely's moved their Nashville location further away from me....

it was good. I almost never buy things already made to take to parties but I cheated a good bit when they were close to me - I would stop by and get their wings - smoked, not quite buffalo and not quite bbq but YUMMY!

 
4. Too bad that Food Network didn't elect Lisa Garza

She was the finalist in this year's Next Food Network star. She was a cross between Martha Stewart and Ina Gartner.
