The other day I saw a cheesecake on QVC (m)

that had a graham cracker crust, then creme brulee, then the cheesecake mixture on top of the creme brulee. It was wicked expensive to send for, especially the shipping. Can anyone give me some ideas on making this at home? The creme brulee looked like it had the consistency of the cream filling one would use in cream puffs or eclairs. They put sugar on the top and used one of the small home blow torches to carmelize the sugar. I have seen recipes for regular cheesecake with carmelized tops and they were called Creme Brulee Cheesecakes. This is not what i am looking for. By the way, it was from Balboa Cake Co. Any ideas??? TIA
