and I'm keen on getting one. The first is an outdoor Fish Fryer. (29.99) It would be good for fish, shrimp, fries, chicken and would be a nice way to get it (the smell) outside. We are also planning on building an outdoor kitchen when we move so it would be a good start I think. Does anyone else have one like it or similar? The other option is a Presto ProFry reduced $20 to $59.88. Is 1800-watt enough to get a good fry? Thanks for any suggestions.http://www.basspro.com/servlet/catalog.TextId?hvarTextId=37331&hvarTarget=search&cmCat=SearchResults

he other thing you can use a setup like the outdoor fryer is as a wok cooker and get the true

heat needed to make stir fry. I have one and to my shame have never used it. But paid that price at Home Depot a good while ago.

No, what I really meant was to buy your $29.95 gas burner and use it for your

fish and then get a big ole wok and use it as a wok burner. For cheaper!! It really does do well according to what I've read elsewhere.

Ah, I see...dual usage. I'm guessing I could just put my wok in the stand. Good idea. Thanks

I have two...one reg. size and one BIG one. That is what I use for deep frying now>>>

so that is a great idea!
