I made it for a work event- it was good. Not great but good. Not enough flavor for my taste. I had no issues with the sweet potato- I used yams and made sure they didn't turn out too wet. I baked them whole. The rest was easy to put together- I have never had a bundt cake pop out of the pan like this one did- effortless. That is always good as the fear with a bundt cake is that part of it will stick in the pan.
The bourbon glaze was easy to make- I cooked it more than 5 min as it was not syrupy in 5.
The cake was lovely to look at, sliced easily, did not crumb. Everyone enjoyed it.
