The top ten healthiest cuisines

Been lurking for a while dealing with family emergencies. All seems to be settling down now.

I saw this article on Yahoo and thought it was interesting. Probably nothing that you all don't know already, but sometimes a reminder is good. I was recently in Virginia and was SO BUMMED that I couldn't get my favorite Vietnamese restaurant there (Four Sisters in Falls Church; I DREAM about their ginger chicken).

Anyhoo, am back and ready to get cooking again. I love fall.

Fun reading... I noticed no mention of Hungarian, Chinese, and while they mentioned spanish, they

suggested to avoid all the "good" stuff! (ie the sausages, etc...)

So I guess I only eat somewhat healthy!

Best,

Barb

Amanda--four Sisters is ten minutes from my house! Now I have to go try the chicken!

Thanks for the info. Next time you ae in town maybe we could meet there for dinner!

(I work in Falls Church and live in Annandale and the restaurant is halfway between!)

Barbara, it's the one cooked in a clay pot. #102 on the menu, I think. (Or thereabouts.)

It's so fabulous. I tried to recreate it but I don't have a clay pot so it didn't turn out very well.

Would LOVE to meet there for dinner. Next time I'm going to DC, I'll contact you and we'll set it up. Yay!
