The "Unbelievable Chicken Marinade" in the T&T's really is unbelievable. I cut a chicken in half,

marinated it, and cooked it slowly on the Weber grill. With the long cooking and basting there was only a little marinade left so I boiled it drizzled it over the finished chicken.

Works well with salmon.

Marinate it for 1 to 2 hours, then grill. WOW!
